Hot Cocoa Mix
1 Box dry milk 8qt.
1 box Nestle's quick mix
1 large jar Cremora/Coffee mate dry
1 lb powdered sugar

mix all ingredients and store in a dry place. use 1/4 cup of mix per 1 cup of hot water. Makes a great gift!

Peanut Butter Playdough
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup powdered sugar
3 cups powdered milk

In a large bowl mix peanut butter,  corn syrup, and powdered sugar until smooth. Add powdered milk and knead until smooth ( add more powdered milk if you need to) Let the children mold their dough into shapes. It's also fun to provide decorating materials such as: raisins, chocolate chips, pretzels, m&m's, shredded coconut, dried fruit, etc.

"Dragonberry Cupcakes"
Blueberry Muffins

1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
2tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups blueberries (dragonberries)

Preheat oven to 375 .  Use non-stick spray like Pam or 12 muffin paper cups. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and mix until blended. Sift dry ingredients together and add to butter mixture, alternating with milk. Mash 1/2 cup of blueberries and stir them in. Add the remainder of the blueberries whole and gently fold them in. Fill muffin cups evenly. Sprinkle with a little sugar. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes until browned. Cool and enjoy

"Painted Cookies"
1 pkg of premade sugar cookie dough
food coloring
milk
flour
cookie cutters
clean paint brushes

Roll out cookie dough until it is about 1/4 inch thick. Using the cookie cutters of your choice of cut out shapes using a plastic knife cut out your dough shapes. Mix your "paint" colors by adding a food coloring to a small amount of milk (3tsp) The amount of food coloring you use determines how vivid the colors are.Use paintbrushes and paint cookie dough. Bake according to dough directions and enjoy!

No Drip Popsicles
1 Pkg. Kool Aid
1 pkg jello
1 cup sugar
2 cups hot water
2 cups cold water

Mix all ingredients. Pour into to popsicle molds or use small paper cups and craft sticks. Freeze and enjoy!

Fudgsicles
1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk
1 cup sugar

Mix ingredients, pour into molds. freeze and enjoy!

Ice cream
1 cup milk
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
crushed ice
rock salt
masking tape
1 of each 1lb & 3lb coffee cans

Put all ingredients into clean one pound coffee can. tape lid shut. Place can inside larger can, layer ice and rock salt until can is full. tape lid shut. Roll back and forth on hard surface for 10 minutes. Open cans and stir. Reseal and repack with ice and salt. Roll for 5 more minutes and enjoy!

Pizza
english muffins
spagetti or pizza sauce
mozerella cheese
toppings of your choice:
pepperoni, mushrooms, peppers etc.

Divide each muffin in half. Spread muffin half with sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and add toppings of choice. Bake in a 350 oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese melts and is bubbly. Makes a great fast snack!

Soft Pretzels
1 pkg dry yeast
3/4 cup warm water
1tbs. sugar
pinch salt
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup white flour
1 egg beaten
kosher salt

Preheat oven to 425. Mix yeast and water and let sit for 5 minutes. It will start to foam...that's the yeast working.Mix next four ingredients in a  bowl. Add yeast mixture mix to form ball. Knead for 5 minutes. Roll and make shapes. Brush with egg, sprinkle with salt or seasame seeds. Bake 12-15 minutes.

Fourth of July Smoothie
Mix the following ingredients in a blender until smooth. If desired add some ice.
rasberries
blueberries
vanilla yogurt
milk
